By downloading or using prismContact (the “App”) you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the App.

License

LaClair Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use prismContact on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Your content

You own your notes. prismContact never takes ownership of, publishes, or transmits your content to LaClair Technologies servers. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to the content you create or store.

Acceptable use

Don't use prismContact to break the law, harass people, or violate anyone's rights. Don't attempt to disassemble, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security features.

Warranty disclaimer

prismContact is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaClair Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of prismContact after changes means you accept the updated terms.
